
In 1994, Priscilla received her doctoral degree from Gonzaga University School of Law, graduating with honors and with two American Jurisprudence Awards before being admitted to the Washington State Bar Association
Priscilla acquired her skill as an accomplished trial attorney in the criminal defense arena before establishing her family law practice 11 years ago. In addition to her active practice, Priscilla often teaches continuing legal education courses about her area of expertise to other Washington attorneys.

In 1998, Priscilla represented the mother in the widely publicized and controversial case of Hopkins v. Cummings. Priscilla’s work resulted in the Spokane County Superior Court incarcerating the father, within the context of family law jurisdiction, for kidnapping his children and keeping them in the country of Germany.
